"Charming hotel with daily room servicing. Our room offered a view of the Cathedral and had fully functional windows to allow a nice cool breeze into the room. The breakfast service felt overcrowded with items not replenished in a timely manner. If you’re visiting during a busy period you may find better options elsewhere, but overall the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for our visit to Strasbourg."

"Super location, older character style properly right on the main square. Very helpful stuff. However rooms are dated and beds uncomfortable. We booked superior room which was very basic. I can only imagine what standard rooms are like. Toilet and bathroom are separate across the room which was not good having to go across to wash your hands after using toilet facility. "This was the first stop after 600 miles driving only to find the hotel locked up. I had seen that the Restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday (from their own website, but not Hotels.com) one of the reasons for choosing this hotel, but did not expect the Hotel to be closed. "The hotel was impeccably clean and the quality of our accommodation (room, bathroom, separate WC) was very good and well fitted out. The restaurant offered a choice of set menus and a la carte and we noticed that there was a good childrens' menu. Our food was excellent and beautifully presented. Drinks were reasonably priced and there was an extensive wine list. The continental breakfast was fine. Staff were friendly, polite, helpful and very attentive. I plan to stay at this hotel again....

You won’t regret styling here!
"One of the best hotels on our 3week stay. Literally across the street from main train station. Very safe and clean area. Lots of food choices in the area and walking distance to all the historical areas. Room was beautiful! They had a useable antique elevator that was so quaint! We used it all the time just for the fun of it! Had a lovely sauna area but didn’t have time to use it. Breakfast was good but area was too small for lots of people to move around loading plates with food. Our room was beautiful and bathroom had a towel warming rack! "
