Quiet, clean rooms with an excellent breakfast

We just returned from the Neighborhood Inn in Bonnyville and we were very happy with our stay. We received excellent service at both the check in and at the restaurant. We were given a hot, made to order breakfast with our hotel stay and it was excellent. The rooms were clean and quiet and had Optix on demand television which was a happy surprise and all for a very reasonable price. We'll happily stay there again.

Simplified approach and comfortable stay. Needs some clearer descriptions on the advertisement as there were two places with the same name but it might have been me who didn't realize the difference. Very accommodating staff. The facility is older but very well maintained.

Clean and staff is excellent to deal with. Check in and check out is simple. Staff are pleasant and accommodating. Enjoy the buffet breakfast that exceeds the norm for continental breakfast.

Not the worst, not the best, fair prices

The lobby and the rooms of the express one don’t even look the same as in picture, brick walls in room, old building, sink outside bathroom, toilet wasn’t even bolted to the floor, was clean and updated but was definitely a budget build, would stay there again if I had to beds where good, just looked better in pictures, but for the price and breakfast was worth it.

Great place to stay

Staying at the Neighbourhood Express was a very pleasant experience. Check in was very good - efficient staff who accommodated our request for an early check in. Room was very clean, bed was comfortable and the linens were great. Towels were very nice - soft and not scratchy like most hotel towelling. Restaurant on site was very good. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Overall, a great stay. Would stay again if we were in Bonnyville and would definitely recommend to anyone.

Gotta love it when you find a pair of dirty socks in your room. Bathtub has a plugged up drain. Overall room was average; perfect if you work on the rigs. Its a one night stay sorta place for a couple though. Affordable and comes with free breakfast.

Nice hotel, quiet & comfortable.

We had an excellent stay - aside from a clean comfortable room, the complimentary breakfast was the highlight of our stay. Not your typical cereal bar but we were treated to a full buffet style breakfast of fresh fruit, salads, salmon, ham, perogies, roasted potatoes and more! Would recommend and return to stay in a heartbeat.
