"This mid-level hotel performed better than I expected. The hotel felt clean and up to date. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The staff was friendly. Some improvements are available to improve the experience: My only major complaint would be about security. And this could have been an oversight but was also very scary. We were traveling with 2 other sets of friends and a stranger walked into one of the rooms announced. The stranger possessed a key that worked on their room. This felt especially frightening as she was a young woman and this could have been intentional. The front desk issued new key cards, and our men swept the room for intruders when were returned from our concert. A stranger knocked on our door at around the same time their intruder. So, I recommend you keep your safety lock on. Policies: the "necessary" $100 deposit was a turn off to many the people I watched check in. And many signs stating we weren't allowed to take our breakfast back to our room were also a big turn off. Products: The towels were tiny and scratchy. The water pressure in the shower was mediocre. The free coffee felt limited, as they offered a high price coffee machine."

"This hotel was a great stay. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast was fine. There was only one hangup that I had, which was the Large hold on my account for a deposit. Lots of hotels now are only doing a run of a penny or just an authorization that way they don’t tie up your money. All hotels can do this now, it’s unfortunate that this one doesn’t."
