"A few hiccups upon arrival, but the staff eagerly worked to resolve any issues. I have visited Campeche a few times and have been curious about this hotel - I'm glad I tried it for this trip. The beds are a bit firm for me & the AC doesn't seem to cool below 24 Celsius, but the staff is wonderful, the location is terrific, & looking out at the Gulf of Mexico in the morning is a great way to start the day!"

"Super clean, well maintained, quiet, within walk distance of the old city, kind staff, and great food. The only down fall for me was the were like sleeping on a Mayan alter! If you enjoy extremely firm beds, then these beds are for you! For the rest of us, be sure to back back pain medication….for really!"

"Location is convenient to walking along the water and a long walk/short drive to the old city. Taxi drivers aren't familiar with the hotel, so come prepared with the address (and finding a taxi outside the hotel is difficult). Rooms are basic but clean. Showers are hot and pressure is good. Wifi is SUPER FAST. There's a kitchen that has the basics for cooking. I stayed in room 1, and I recommend not staying in this room. My window faced the sidewalk/public street and people would always look into my window when they walked by/I heard cars outside when trying to sleep/visitors would knock on my window asking me to open the door to the hotel. I wound up keeping the curtains closed at most times to maintain privacy. The breakfast is free but extremely basic: just white bread and black coffee. Overall it's not a bad place to stay, and staff were friendly when I forgot something and asked them to mail it to my next hotel in another city."
