"A beautiful hotel in a convenient part of Melbourne for tourists.We had a lovely River room. The room was a good size and the bed was comfortable. We took the breakfast option, which was worth it if you were intending to eat well. Great spot for a visit to the art gallery."

"Big, clean and well-furnished room with a beautiful view of the city, with the sea in the background. Only 5-10 minutes or so by cab from the CBD, and 15 mins to Flinders Station by tram - the stop is less than a minute's walk away. It was very handy to have a kitchenette in the room. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent, reasonably priced with friendly staff. I stayed in three hotels in Melbourne, and this one was my favourite, even though it's not directly in the CBD. "

"I found the staff to be very helpful from both the Reception and concierge on arrival .regarding assistance with both requested information re-direction around the city, getting Cabs etc and allowing earlier access to my booked room in order to change my attire. I did tell the Reception staff on booking out that I will be recommending your Hotel to a number of my friends in Hobart Tasmania for their future trips to Melbourne."
