The staff was friendly and helped to point us in the right direction to get our day started. Convenient location to access CBD and Yarra River area- 10 minute walk. Also right beside a grocery store and coffee shop. Room was a little worn, but clean. Was surprised by no coffee maker in room, just packs of instant coffee.

Staff were lovely. There were some things in the room that could be improved like dirty bins, a plug for the sink. The floor was a bit dirty and I got glass in my foot, there were some toe nail clippings on the ground too. Beds were very clean and comfortable.

We booked a junior 2 bedroom. Second room was locked so had to get it unlocked via reception. Bathroom door had a lot of dirty marks on the inside not seen unless the bathroom door was closed. Single bed, the mattresses was wider than the base which meant the bed dipped off over the edge. Both times I tried to call reception form my phone Janine answered. Location was perfect 20min walk to Sidney bowl, towels are very generous good size. Bed linen was good.

There are lots of great things to say about Marco Imagine - service, location, room size and cleanliness - but it’s seriously let down by absolutely terrible WiFi coverage in our room. Really shocking and cost me a fortune on 5G data charges. Would have been 5 stars otherwise

We checked in a 2 bedroom apartment sky level. Got into the room and 1 of the bedrooms was locked. Called over and over again to have it unlocked took about 2.5 hours. By this time it was 11.30pm. Balcony on sky level un un-safe. No chairs or table. Just like standing on a cliff. Glass was shaky. Location was good thats about it.
