"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be...

"Le canapé lit était dans un état déplorable. Le ménage n'était vraiment pas top à notre arrivée. Nous avons même du vide le lave vaisselle à notre arrivée. On est sensé faire le ménage à notre départ, mais il n'y a pas de serpillère et balai, seulement un aspirateur qui adorer ce qui peut. Je ne pense pas revenir"

An excellent hotel in an excellent location.

"We loved our stay here. The hotel is in an excellent location in Andorra La Vella with parking available for a hire car (which we did have). Very close to plenty of restaurants. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was really good - amazing chorizo-style bacon which we loved! Plenty of choice for breakfast. Highly recommended and would happily stay here again."
