"There was poop in the pool , they got it out and said that's the only way they clean it. We got trapped in the elevator and their response is ya it happens off and on . The keys had to be redone each day even tho we had a week booked . The breakfast was great the people were nice . The pool and work out room are in a separate building which they had no towels and didn't looked like they get cleaned often (poop in the pool"

"I had a suite, and when we walked in the room, it had a smell as if the room had not been used recently. I turned the water on hot in the shower, and the water got lukewarm; I take hot showers. I reported it, and we moved to another room. Lot worse than the first. A really bad smell like a staled smell. The room was dusty, and the bed was not made up properly. The furniture was old and outdated. The sofa had white spots on it and very worn. I never sat on it, because I didn’t feel comfortable...

"Hotel was very nice. All the staff was very helpful. The only downfall was the breakfast. Some of the pastry and bread items were dry. The sausage was not cooked very well. I would of given the breakfast a 3 out of 10."
