Fortunately, the bed seemed clean. But everything was dusty, the tv remote was absolutely disgusting, I don’t even know what nastiness was on it. It was obvious that there was no “detail” cleaning, just perfunctory. And, the worst thing was that the young man working behind the counter looked like a homeless man who just woke up, a horrible representation of your hotels. Wake up!!! Unless you’re circling the drain and just don’t care.

We were on a floor with a bunk of people partying late. A lot of noise in hallway and loud music. When booking we requested 1st floor to make it easier on us for my autistic son’s service dog. They did not accommodate or explain why they couldn’t, didn’t acknowledge the request. We might have been interested in switching type of room. Staff should look at requests.

Shocked this hotel has the rating it has. Room was ok and spacious. But bathroom door was busted and room was dated. Sofa was collapsed and sofa bed didn’t have sheets, but they just gave you a wad of them at the front desk. On our floor we had people running in the halls after 11pm. Bryan welcomed us with a warm greeting after a long day of travel. The next morning housekeeping knocked to see if we needed anything. We requested fresh towels and linen. I didn't catch their names, but one was a black guy (maybe mid to late 30s) and an Asian lady who graciously made the bed with a full set of fresh linen almost instantly. We weren't so lucky the next day because the young lady said she would get us fresh towels and after being gone all day and night, we returned to the room with no fresh towels nor were the beds touched. Breakfast was okay but the pancakes taste like rubber. The apple juice was great. When we left, i realized I misplaced my glasses and Drew (i believe) was nice enough to go back to the room to help us find them but we weren't able to. Id called back to ask if he would mind checking the chair and he did. Thank you to that team who made our stay most comfortable! We will return!

Pretty good for the price. The advertising says “three queen beds” in a queen suite.. what they mean is 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. It worked for us as our teen slept in the pull out but the beds were quite comfortable. The room served its purpose well. Towels could have been nicer. Friendly staff. Breakfast was pretty good for “hotel food” .. they had a warm bar and a neat pancake conveyor belt machine. Clean hotel. Would recommend with a family. We had 2 teens, our 1 yr old, my husband and I sharing the suite.

Attendant in breakfast area was attentive and professional. The food was just ok. Check in was slow. We had a trainee. Not sure he spoke English- never said a word to us. Bad first impression. The check in desk has laser printed signed tapes to it showing everything they prohibit. Looks tacky- kind of like a hourly rate hotel.
