"The getting of the keys was a bit of a challenge as we had arrived a bit earlier & were trying to get in earlier..the response from the property company was not helpful in getting early arrival entry until we were actually in Bologna. Over all cleanliness was a 5 however when we went to turn on the AC in the bedroom as it was not running, the top of armoire had a 1 inch layer of dust on the top. Not healthy to breath in at night."

"The hotel was very clean, the room was as described. It is situated close to the town centre and the train station. You have to check out at 10 but they will look after your luggage until 5 . Do take your own toiletries as no shampoo etc provided. Also only three coffee pods provided for 3 of us on a 4 day stay. "

" I so badly wanted to give this property a five star rating based on its location just off piazza Maggiore. The property was small but so well-placed to everything that it was a lovely place to rest our heads. HOWEVER- on our last day we came back to apartment to find out all our luggage has been gone through, even though our door was locked. This was very disturbing, nothing was taken, which made it even more bizarre and of course we were unable to sleep that night for fear that someone was...

"We enjoyed our stay and thought location was very good. The property was good although open plan layout should have been made clear as we were traveling with young children who need closed off sleeping areas and two of the beds with effectively in the main living area. Toilet in shower room was leaking and shower drain blocked in addition both bathrooms downstairs were quite smelly. Overall a decent property in a good location close to cafes and restaurants and tourist spots and with bus stop...

"What a perfect property, fantastic location, lovely patio & the property is immaculate. The hosts Guiseppina & Marco could not have been nicer or more helpful with all aspects of our visit. They provided a huge range of information on museums, attractions, art galleries, restaurants & transport. They also made reservations for us at a local Trattoria & arranged private transfer to the airport."

"Whereas the apartment was very spacious, as advertised, it wasn't as clean as we would have expected( although the bathroom hsd been cleaned). It was very noisy every morning, and we found it difficult to sleep most nights. We were expecting it to be quieter as we were 5mins from Piazza Magiore. There was a very small one person coffee pot ( apartment was advertised for 6 people), no wine glasses or tumblers, no kitchen knives, no chopping boards or an ironing board. "The appartment was spacious and was exactly as they said; the a/c worked well, the washing machine did as well. When one of the lights wasn't working they came quickly to fix the problem. The location was great - there is the Sept 11th park a few blocks away with a playground and carousel, and San Felice a few blocks away that you can walk to centro on (or take a bus). There is also a supermarket close by, and of course lots of caffe's. We will definitely come back to stay where when we return...

"We were quite disappointed in this stay. It was quite loud late into the night and the “bungalows” didn’t keep out the noise. The rooms weren’t specifically clean but the biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The coffee machine wasn’t restocked-no coffee, the choices were vast but not restocked well. We arrived one hour before breakfast was slated to end but 3/4 of the offerings were empty and not restocked through the completion of the breakfast time. The sad part was that we paid...
