Easy convenient location
We were in town for a graduation. This was a great location only 10 minutes from our friends house and 10 minutes from downtown. The only recommendation I have is to provide some extra blankets in both the bedrooms and in the living room. Otherwise, it is a great property.

Loved our stay at this cute townhouse. Having a double car attached garage was fantastic - especially since it was raining when we arrived (and we didn't look forward to having to unload in the rain!). The house was comfortable - the fireplace was a nice plus. Master bed was comfortable and it was great having two bathrooms! Kitchen is well stocked (could use some extra glasses - but that's it!). The location was great - considering we were visiting family who live in the foothills. But also close to downtown - but far enough away that you don't have to deal with lots of traffic. Cute neighborhoods to walk through.

We really liked the place. The description asks you to not wear shoes the the house which was not a problem. However, out bare feet and socks were black after a few walks across the floor. We looked for a mop to remedy the situation but only found a vacuum. Floors need mopping. Other than that it was great. Loved having the garage!!

Loved our stay here! Lots of space and comfortable beds! The garage is large and was very much appreciated, as we stored our daughter & her roommates dorm items in there while we played in Boise for a day. Close to Hyde Park where some of our favorite eateries are. Highly recommend staying here!!!

A great spot for BSU Parents’ Weekend
Loved the condo! It had everything we needed (and more) and was just a short drive to campus, downtown etc. we loved the Hyde Park area too. Great beds, open spaces and super clean! Would definitely stay again!

This newer townhome is well located and a short drive to downtown Boise along stunning Harrison Blvd. The unit is nicely furnished with modern kitchen appliances and a pantry well-stocked with cooking essentials. We stayed 4-weeks while our home received some interior upgrades. The townhome’s property manager/owner was immediately responsive and helpful, which was appreciated. We were very happy with all aspects of this townhouse including the spacious two car garage and would return if the situation were to again arise. Five-stars on all counts.

Suitable for couple w dog and 2 others in good location
The property was fairly clean. Carpets are a little soiled. The outdoor back space is not great for dog. Very small rock landscape. The front walk was mainly where I walked the dog on grass. Outback could have been more inviting and cleaner. I would have had morning coffee outside but wasn’t interested . Bring soap for shower. They didn’t provide any. Home is dog friendly and clean. Had all amenities you might want.
