"We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too."

No local, tivemos um pequeno contratempo com o uso da agua quente, o boiler não funcionou em 3 dias alternados. Comunicamos ao Houst, porém não recebemos assistência que resolvesse o problema. Reiniciamos o boiler e aquecemos agua para um banho rápido. Pode ser coincidência, mas nos dias que não tivemos água quente...

"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. "I stayed with my 13 and 14 year olds for the olympics. This is a great location. Fabrice was amazing! The property was very nice and provided a full bathroom, 3 beds, a full kitchen and washer dryer. Had an amazing time."
