"Lots of cafe’s close by… walking distance from Gare du Nord, and just steps from the nearest metro station. Clean room and bathroom, good Air Conditioning, friendly staff… no complaints. Also, my room had a balcony that looked out on the street for a pleasant view in the morning before it got too hot out. Decent price for a city like Paris. "

The location is neighborhood style and we felt very much at home getting to know the different stores we walked by often. It’s convenient to the metro and or walking to the Notre Dame. "The room wasn’t as maintained as it should be for the price. Stained and ripped carpet and the staff didn’t refill the body wash. Staff didn’t inform us that we could have free tea/coffee each day, we didn’t find out until our last day. It’s very accessible to public transit (bus, train, metro, taxi), and in turn, there’s a noticeable amount of homelessness and beggars going up to the street side restaurants to beg for money. Front desk staff was very courteous and multilingual (English, Spanish, French). "
