"Location au calme, à quelques mètres d'une belle et grande plage. Tout près de St JEAN DE MONTS, de St GILLES CROIX DE VIE où de NOIRMOUTIER, qui peuvent se faire en vélo sans problème, avec des pistes cyclables partout. La maisonnette est bien équipée, petite terrasse agréable et ensoleillée. Je dois noter un accueil très chaleureux de la part de Mr RUIZ et je le remercie encore pour la gourmandise de bienvenue..... Je reviendrai !"

"Lovely house for our stay in St Jean De Monts. Lovely peaceful garden to sit in. The owners we delightful and non intrusive. The area was very close to local shops and the main town was not too far away. A great place to stay with plenty of local places of interest to visit."

"This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer"

Merci à elle de nous avoir permis de rester plus longtemps dans la maison suite à un problème de voiture. Il n'y a pas encore le Wifi mais cela ne devrait tarder :-)"

"The suite is very comfortable. Front & back entrances make for good access to your car and of course to the beach. One negative aspect was the need to rent bed linens & towels for a hefty fee which we were informed of only after the deadline to be able to cancel. Also there is an expensive housekeeping fee imposed unless you do the cleaning yourself."

"It was a bit tricky to find but the gite was lovely - one large, spacious room except for a tiny shower. Well maintained except for a bit of a problem with drains ( a bit smelly). We were a bit unlucky because the owners were away on holiday. I think a few small issues would have been dealt with had they been on site."

"The apartment is located a very attractive 20-minute walk from the town centre. Located in a gated community with a specific parking place, it is very secure. The community residents (owners and renters) are a mix of older couples and young families, but it is quiet at night. The apartment, on the 2nd floor of a 3 floor building has a balcony with a beautiful sea view. While it is quite small, it is very well provided for. The bedroom is rather small - the double bed fills almost the entire...

"The property is lovely, two double bedrooms with a pullout sofa in the sitting room. Very clean, very comfortable and location is excellent. Two minute walk to the coastal path, about 30 mins walk along that path into Pornic. Highly recommend this, will definitely stay again."
