House located at the end of a dead end, completely renovated in 2019, including a fully enclosed terrace, very sunny.
This house is composed of two large bedrooms of 12 m2 approx. , a large living room, an equipped kitchen with glass roof, a bathroom (walk-in shower and two sinks).
Free shuttle 2 minutes before the dead end (during high season), towards the beaches and the city center.

TrÚs bon séjour avec une hÎte trÚs accueillante!

Partis une semaine en avril. Super emplacement car à 5 minutes à pied des commerces mais vélo obligatoire pour aller à la plage située à 1,5 km (sauf si vous avez des enfants qui marchent bien!). Logement nickel et fonctionnel. Pascale est trÚs gentille et disponible: elle m'a renvoyée ma clé usb que j'avais oubliée pendant nos vacances! Merci encore!... super séjour!

Maison au top

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances. Le soleil est arrivé tardivement mais cela nous a permis de nous poser et nous reposer. La maison est trÚs joliment décorée. Et le voisinage trÚs discret. Entendre les mouettes dans la journée nous a permis de nous évader.... Pascale est toujours dispo pour la moindre interrogations, c est trÚs appréciable. Noirmoutier est propice aux balades.

Superbe séjour !

Nous avons passé un trÚs agréable séjour dans la maison de Pascale. La maison est idéalement située: proche de toutes les commodités (tout peut se faire à pied) et à proximité des plages. Elle est parfaitement équipée et est décorée avec beaucoup de goût. Enfin sa terrasse est un véritable plus pour profiter des journées ensoleillées En un mot, nous recommandons vivement la maison de Pascale.

Sympathique maison lumineuse, de plein pied avec 2 chambres. Cuisine spacieuse (trĂšs grand frigo-congĂ©lateur), belle salle-de-bain avec WC sĂ©parĂ©, sĂ©jour spacieux, WiFi rapide. Terrasse ensoleillĂ©e. Tout se fait Ă  vĂ©lo. Stationnement facile dans la rue. PropriĂ©taires sympas et bienveillants!!! (Demandez leur pour la pĂȘche aux palourdes!).

Super emplacement, beau séjour.

Maison entre le centre-ville et les plages, tout se fait Ă  vĂ©lo facilement mĂȘme avec de jeunes enfants. Chouette terrasse fermĂ©e et ensoleillĂ©e, la maison est calme et bien Ă©quipĂ©e. Stationnement facile, commerce de proximitĂ© Ă  100 mĂštre Ă  pied, bref un beau sĂ©jour. Et noirmoutier c est toujours une bonne idĂ©e !

La location proposée est agréable à vivre et trÚs fonctionnelle. C'est une maison bien équipée et trÚs bien entretenue qui offre un grand confort pour des familles. Elle est proche de toutes commodités et du centre ville, c'est possible de tout faire à pied. nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis à notre arrivée par les propriétaires. nous avons passé un agréable séjour. je recommande vivement cette location

Que du bonheur

TrÚs proche du village de Noirmoutier tout se fait à pieds ou à vélo. De nombreuses plages proches également. Il ne manque rien dans cette location vraiment ravissante et trÚs bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont sympas et à l'écoute de leur locataire. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
