"Very stange problem
At the beginning, everything was perfect: the staff, the food and the facilities. However, from the first day, I noticed bites on my wife’s and children’s skin. I could not find an explanation until the third day, when we made a shocking and unpleasant discovery: there were bed bugs in our room.
Once we informed the hotel, the team reacted quickly and moved us to another room. I would especially like to thank aizha a, who was very responsive, professional and cooperative...
