"Everything you’d want! Cheap and cheerful all inclusive with actual decent food and variety! Pool area lovely rooms spacious and clean. Entertainment looked fun and thought out plus day time activities. Staff friendly and welcoming - would stay again and recommend but you need a car to get around! "

"La casa està molt ben mantinguda i és perfecte per una família de 7-8 persones. Està situada a Pou Nou, al municipi de Sant Lluis, una zona molt privilegiada i connectada al poble al mateix temps que "rural", i molt a prop de la natura. El que més ens ha agradat ha estat la calma de la casa i el seu entorn, les gallines, les bicis, i l'hortet. L'interior és còmode i impecable. La recomanem moltíssim! Cal tenir en compte però que l'accés a la casa és a través de camins molt (molt) estrets de paret seca.Esperem tornar-hi aviat! "I chose this house for its location which is absolutely perfect for getting anywhere, local brilliant shop a 5 min walk, San Lluis town 5 minute drive, beautiful liitle coves and beach 10-15 mins away. Have also stayed in another property managed by Javier down the road which is very similar but smaller. I love this place and have only couple of things that would make the stay much better, which would be to add ceiling fans to all the rooms rather than just the top two bedrooms. that would be the first thing to make things more comfortable there as well as help keep away flys and mozzies. Also, sadly we had an incident with the flag stones around the pool where they were lifting up slightly making it easy to trip up. My elderly father sliced a big chunk of skin off his big toe badly on this, which ended up with an infection and a few visits to the hospital and clinics afterwards, this is definitely something that should be addressed soon I think.
Otherwise, This is a stunning property and location on the island that I have been coming to for 50 years. Oh, also, be very careful driving out of the drive onto the road as visibility is really bad there, a mirror opposite would help as that can be really dangerous. Apart from these few things, totally perfect! x"
"When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. It was clean, but just felt a bit bare and tired - my partner likened it to staying at your nans house!
However, we started relaxing into the place after the first day. The pool area is really rustic and special, and at times you could literally hear a pin drop around it.
If they were to add a few little luxury touches to the room/bathroom it would make all the difference in terms of comfort and we just felt that at over £300 a night, it should have been a better standard. Including the toiletries as they seemed very cheap with the conditioner very runny, smelling of pva glue and not conditioning at all, so do remember to pack plenty of your own!
All in all it was a lovely stay - the staff are extremely kind & courteous and we adored the relaxed vibe of the island."
