"Property was clean and the staff were helpful. The pillows had an unpleasant smell which we were quickly able to exchange. Since there are kitchens in the units, there can be strong food smells in the hallways and unit. Sufficient storage space and bathroom has wall laundry rack - very useful. Steps away from street trams and short walk to subway station."

"No wifi in the room but a private parking in the back of the hotel which was a great surprise! The breakfast buffet was also very nice. "

"Was travelling by car when I stayed here, and the parking outside the hotel was free, which is a huge win for the hotel! Other than that the room was nice and comfortable. Exactly what I expected from any Novotel I have ever stayed in."

"As always friendly and helpful team-members. Very convenient location with easy access into central Frankfurt by public transport yet far enough out to be nicely quiet. It is no frills, but for the price extremely good value. Will definitely stay there again. "
