"Room was spacious and daily cleaning services were good, I liked the clean smell after they cleaned it. The conditions of the hotel are not great. I have stayed at this property before, 5 years ago. There are spots with mold, shower doors did not close properly, AC was barelyworking, fan was very noisy and mattress feels like it should have been replaced 4 years ago."

Considerando o padrão do hotel, há algumas regras de "all inclusive" que parecem "mesquinharia". Por exemplo, água está incluída na diária, mas se você pede uma água com gás nas refeições o hotel cobra à parte.
