"Service was top notch, property was beautiful, food was excellent, and location was perfect. Pool closed at 8pm. They went out of their way to grant my wishes. Lucky for them I only asked for tacos. There weren’t any at the buffet. They made some just for me. They were perfect. This place is big so if you have trouble walking try to get a ground floor room that opens to the garden. My wife and I loved the place. I am already saving for our next visit. Next time, I want to bring the whole family. "

"Beautiful property! beautiful private beach! breathtaking view. everything was amazing. all staff are so friendly and amazing. we stayed 4 nights and we went to each of 4 restaurant every night and they were all amazing. the best one was Blaze which we got off-menu entrées, porter steak and lobsters (BEYOND DELICIOUS), chef was amazing he came out and fired the food himself. what an experience!!! Thank you Luis for your recommendations and amazing table setting. couldn't ask for a better one. A big shout out to Adrian and Israel by cabanas, great service, never stopped smiling even though they run around all day in that heat like crazy. We used the spa twice and i loved how they take their time and pamper you. massage and facial both were beyond expectations. buffet food is average, I have to be honest with you, but delicious freshly made omelets. love, love and love the coffee shop, the variety of coffee selection is amazing (Im a coffee person). loved how the beach is private and has soooo many lounges and beautiful umbrellas open every day. i spent most of the time on the beach. Thank you Hyatt Ziva. will be staying again. "

"Service and hospitality was amazing. Friendly, professional, above and beyond. Exceptionally clean!!! Room Service was fresh and fast every time! Very nicely remodeled. Shower had great pressure and beds are unbelievably comfortable. Krystal restaurant was my favorite. Buffet food was okay but servers are hard working and friendly. The band on Friday night with two lady singers was so much fun!! We will be back soon. "

"I love how everyone was extremely helpful with everything. This was the first time I traveled alone and had no idea what I was doing but all I did was asked questions when I was lost or confused and was able to get the answers I needed to enjoy my stay/trip. I would 1000% recommend staying her and am definitely returning!!!"
