"This was our second time staying at Rivera Del Rio and we will definitely be returning. The staff is lovely, the walk to the beach is 10 minutes max, there’s ample food and shopping nearby and the area is quiet. Be sure to have breakfast overlooking the river, or grab a drink at the rooftop pool."

"We loved staying here as it was super quiet and a very inexpensive Uber ride down to the Malecon, also alot of great breakfast & dinner options! However, the beds are very firm and difficult to sleep on - which if you enjoy really firm beds, this will be a plus for you! It was however a downfall for my husband and I and we got little sleep during our stay due to the beds. They have a great little communal kitchen and pool area :)"

"We went with two other families, so ended up having 6 adults and 6 kids between 3 and 6. The kids had a great time in the pool. Adults enjoyed all the food Chef Daniel made, and the delicious Margaritas by Remy. We would definitely come again!"
