"Not enough personnel to do the Bar and Grill. I was met with snarky boundary pushing attitude and excuses. I was willing to wait, but was shut down with “We’re not taking any grill orders at the moment” Wanted to watch the sunset, have an appetizer and a drink, but instead I ended up taking 2 Bottles of Coors Light to my room and watching TV. I could have done that at home! "
