"Really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is right by the Royal Palace of Madrid, and we enjoyed taking nice walks around the palace and the surrounding neighborhood, which was quiet and peaceful at night. The room was spacious and clean, and the staffs were very courteous. One thing that really stood out was the kindness of the staff when I checked out. It was a busy morning, and I was having trouble getting a taxi, so I ended up calling an Uber. Just as I stepped outside, a taxi dropped off...

"Staff are helpful and the location is excellent."
