"Very pleased with the hotel & cleanliness of the room."

"D at the front desk and Eric (who was making sure the lobby area was clean) were extremely friendly and helpful. So was the person who checked us in the night before. Lovely accommodation, lovely staff."

"The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find."

"The staff was amazing. They were under remodel which was great, but added a stinky smell, and visually looked messy. One of the elevators looked like it was falling apart and half way through my start or was turned off. The only working ice machine was on the 4th floor. The only drinking water for bottle refills was in the gym (which was closed for the remodel) and the pool was closed. When I got into my room, At first everything looked amazing. Then I started noticing holes in the walls where...

"Great location just off the highway with a nice breakfast buffet and pet friendly. Hotel is nicely updated and the rooms are large. Employees are friendly and helpful. A couple of negatives: the shower had low water pressure and the bed cover was dirty and had what looked like dried blood on it."

"This place was the farthest and dirtiest hotel I ever been to, I wouldn’t recommend anyone come here. From the lobby smelling like mold/mildew with a spray scent of spa. That’s not all the room we’re disgusting mold and mildew literally on the bathroom walls. I couldn’t believe my eyes for this price that o paid so I couldn’t believe take a shower in mold and mildew!! Dust and dirt on the corners of the floor like I don’t understand how this place is still up and running!! It’s very concerning....

"Clean room and hotel, friendly staff"

"My room was not very good. Closet door was broken and dirty. Piping for the shower head was rusty. Tile on the bathroom floor was grungy. The caulking job was wretched and pealing off. Mold on the tile in the shower. Hair on my toilet seat when I went in for the first time. The door to my room had been broken into recently and wasnt fixed. I could see into my room from the outside."
