"Very clean, everything you need is handy. Minimalistic and perfect for a quiet getaway. I did a personal silent retreat and greatly enjoyed the silence, sauna and cold plunge. Some host provided bird feeders would be a good addition for us bird nerds."

"Clean room"

"Bathroom was messy hallway floors where soaked in water. Ceiling has waster stains"

"No issues with my one night stay. Not a luxury inn but good enough if you need a place to shower and sleep. No bed bugs"

"I paid for a room with a kitchenette and did not get that room. And the more I found out. They do not have those rooms at that location but have that selection. Bathroom walls had nasty water damage and mold. All I was offered was a trash bag and tape to cover it so my kids did not touch it. "We stayed there 15 years ago and it was a lovely experience but most if the fun things have been eliminated (i.e. zip line, barn dances, food). It's pretty isolated with no food available at the location but a real good cafe in Grandview (R&K) for meals. Hayliegh the office person was very helpful."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely perfect! Everything was fantastic, the service was impeccable, and not a single thing went wrong—which is suspiciously rare these days! 😂 Highly recommended if you want a wonderful stay without needing a vacation to recover from your race"

"Guess I wasn't prepared for what I was to find while visiting. Perhaps it was because we had all just survived a long, hot Texas summer. However, the tranquility and beauty were healing to the soul. I kept thinking, "how did I not know of this place before". I'm not even sure I want to share it with friends as I never want it to change. Thank you to the family/team whom make this oasis so special. It truly is a site for sore eyes. Peace in the valley does exist."

"Clean property, clean rooms, there 4 nights for work and was very pleased with my stay. Great family restaurant across the road from the hotel.."

"Sweet property and love that it’s dog friendly"

"Very clean property. Rooms we clean and beds comfortable."
