"The property was clean, the building was relatively new. The location was great right in the center of downtown Gatlinburg within walking distance of everything. The hotel is also close to the Biltmore site in Asheville North Carolina, we took the one and a half hour drive over to the estate. Easy trip with scenic mountain views the whole way. The staff was courteous and professional. The breakfast was marginal but it was free and plentiful. The clientele were well behaved, no hassles or concerns. The facility was peaceful and quiet, parking was tight but plentiful. We definitely enjoyed our stay."

"Great getaway. Location in Gatlinburg was great. Parked the truck and walked 90% of the time. Our room was on the mountain side, so our balcony had plenty of privacy. The jacuzzi hot used both days. The bed was comfortable. No noise from the partiers on the main drag."
