"The property by the lake was beautiful. They let us use the facilities after check-out, which we really appreciated. The staff member was very kind and welcoming. The place was clean, there was ice available, and they provided us with hot water. The only downside was the beds. Our room had two beds, and both of them were very noisy. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep because every time you moved or turned over, the beds squeaked loudly. I would recommend replacing the beds, as they were both...

"Overall I would recommend Robinson Rancheria as place to stay, except for the House Keeping staff and the communication between the Front Desk and HK staff. Twice we coordinated with the Front Desk for services and twice we were confronted by the House Keeping team because they did not communicate. This is one of those location you need to ask for House Keeping service. We missed the first day and I requested for our 2&3rd day.
