"Lot of light on the very nice main floor. The bed in master bedroom is very comfortable but high (short people may need a step up). There is a collection of spices and misc nonperishable food in the kitchen. All the other bedrooms are downstairs, a bit cool & dark but still nice. Use the new Ninja coffee maker with permanent filter & don't add paper filter (the old coffee maker doesn't work well). Neighborhood is upscale and very quiet. "

"We had a full house for a family reunion with 8 kids ranging from 5-12 staying in the house. We had a great time. The Spa & fire pit were the kids favorite part. We had a service dog with us as well. It was lovely to have a nice gated yard for the kids and dog to safely run around. There is also a very nice park just a few minutes away on the water. There is a mommy deer and her fawn who walked through the yard twice a day. (I'll try to attach a picture). "

"We had a great stay for Mother’s Day weekend. My mother is at Maple Ridge assisted facility, so it was very convenient for us. You are close to town so you can walk to many restaurants. Traffic noise is busy during the day. There is no AC, but the weather was cool enough. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!"

"often when you travel with a dog you get places that leave a little to be desired- NOT this time. this home is spacious, SO clean and really nicely furnished. it was very comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, the home was walking distance to the shore and the neighbors were friendly and welcoming. i felt very safe there. the quiet was delicious. i heard owls and coyotes from time to time. the beds were comfy, the water pressure fantastic in the showers, the hot tub was so nice (also very clean). i didnt want to leave. "The apartment was clean, and more spacious than we thought it would be, but also cozy! Our dog enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, and seeing some bunnies, deers, and even llamas, in two different farms nearby! Our stay was very relaxing, and the hosts were kind and responsive. Highly recommend!"

"General: Stayed for 6 nights. When we arrived for a time of solitude and study we found there was no toilet paper in the home, and several lightbulbs were burnt out making it impossible to get enough light in any area for the work we had rented it to accomplish. After our arrival I contacted the manager the next morning. We had a discussion over text and he ultimately he made the two hour trip to bring us some TP and lightbulbs. I appreciate his willingness to go the extra mile. There has obviously been a great deal of work done at some point to make the house livable and that is good. The cleanliness of the home overall was decent but not great. The manager clearly seemed committed to our stay being enjoyable, but the cleaning did the bare minimums. When we arrived the porches and deck were unswept, the sliding door and window tracks were filled with dirt and mud, the dryer had lint for a season in the trap, and other details that I expected to be in better condition. The home does need some updating especially in the area of furniture to be truly comfortable. I would like to have seen at least a small supply of firewood for the wood burning stove as well. I do not want to nitpick and we did ultimately get our work accomplished and are thankful. I am truly impressed with the managers willingness to go the lengths he did to satisfy those things we brought to his attention, that's good stuff. It seems from observation that the routine care and preparation need work. "
