"This house has a great location to all the main attractions, beach, restaurants, shopping etc. The house has a great layout, however, the lighting system is very complicated and the house had several maintenance issues. The bathtub in the master has a bad leak, the lightbulbs were burned out in the master bathroom, the exhaust fan didn’t work in the master and the fridge water filter needs replaced."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would be a lie if I said I wasn't apprehensive because you just never know if what you rent will be what you need for your family. But this property had everything and so much more we couldn't have been more happy at this home and when I tell you that it had everything you could ever imagine in the kitchen I wouldn't be lying it had every kind of utensil that I think is possible on the market and it was stocked to the gills. The views the seating everything about this home was the most perfect that we could have asked for. The group that I worked with to secure this home went way above and beyond what their normal responsibilities are as I had lost some items that I know this when we were already gone and they did everything they could to secure these items and mail them to me in my home state. Please don't ever hesitate on renting a home from this realty company and this home was Immaculate and perfect"

"The house is perfect for a large family. We had 6 adults and 2 3 year olds and we had plenty of rooms and space for all needs. There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas that are at the house for those to enjoy the beach. There were also plenty of kids toys for the beach so, no need to rent those. We did rent kayaks and used them off the beach since our seas were calm while we were there. We did encounter no-see-ums which is common this time of year, so, if you go around September or October plan on bringing spray (skin so soft). The pool was great, it is refreshing (even in September). It was a perfect house to rent for that perfect family beach vacation."
