"We were travelling back to the UK and found the location and price perfect for travelling to the Le Shuttle at Calais. The staff both reception, restaurant and bar very warm and helpful. The establishment appears to be a centre for trades,driving and commercial travellers and the owners appear to have settled on a budget clientele and thus some of the amenities are very tired. I refer to the room carpets and furniture. The beds were very clean as was the bathroom. I would have no hesitation recommending this for a budget stay."
