"Bigger inside than it looks in the photos. Downstairs has a master bedroom with en-suite, living dinning area and separate kitchen with vast hallway and access to a concreted back garden. Upstairs has two large double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom. Home has all mod cons and comfortable with good sound proofing. Railway and school at the end of the road and did not hear either. The home is situated close to a shopping centre which is great and the Main Street has lots of lovely shops and super places to eat. The harbour is a ten minute walk away and beaches nearby. Only around 30 mins to Durham where there is a castle and cathedral. Also similar distance to Beamish museum. Overall a good base and ease of access to local facilities. Added bonus of a washing machine. Owner communicated well and no problems encountered. Just needs a few minor adjustments to make it five star."

"Lovely house and great location. There are no curtains/blinds upstairs, while this is great for the view, its not great for the 5am sunrise, we were all up very early!Both sets of beds could do with an upgrade as they are so wobbly and make such a noise when you move and a shower would be a brilliant addition."
