"Check In took two minutes. Desk staff and Housekeepers were very happy and friendly. Smiles and polite chat. Being a former Housekeeping Supervisor, I’m always looking in every crack and crevice for dirt & dust. I found no uncleanliness in the room, halls or common areas. Housekeeping puts incredible effort to keep an entire hotel as clean as this place was. "

The staff at the desk seemed to have a good time talking with one another. Didn’t acknowledge the guests unless checking in or out. "
