"Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The food for breakfast from the market cafe was delicious! The pool was a little underwhelming and a little disappointed there was no hot tub but clean and worked for the kids. The biggest complaint as there was only one elevator in service during the stay over a weekend and it was very busy! Only 1 working elevator for that many visitors was not great but overall a very pleasant experience. The shuttle driver was very friendly and service was very fast. "

"Well kept hotel. Room was very clean, lobby, elevator and hallways were spotless too. Friendly staff. Underground parking was convenient and paid $20 usd for 1 weekend day (24 hours). Walking distance to great restaurants and sporting facilities. Would return again! "
