"The location was excellent. Within walking distance to the lovely town of Wellsboro..! We were a group of 5 friends all over 70 years old and it was difficult having little steps to get into and out of the rooms..I realize that nothing can be done and we appreciate that the house was built in 1840 according to the plaque on the front..but if I would have known about the 5-6 inch steps I may have not booked this home..also the showers were very small..again, it’s an old home. I just think people should be informed before booking.The host was very responsive and quick to reply. The lock box was difficult to open and it took us about 5 tries before we were able to get the key out. The lighting wasn’t good and the lockbox numbers were the same color as the box so it was difficult to see them"

"To add what I didn't like there was No one there to greet us at a front desk We were charged to much because there was No hot breakfast available included in the price I took out motel/ hotel cancelation protection, when I tried to cancel I was told I would NOT receive a refund I could of booked right in wellsboro for a cheaper night rate and had more extra amenities that were offered There should be some kind of a refund offered"

"We loved our stay at the cabin. It was very cozy and the property is beautiful. It's on a busy road but that didn't bother us at all. Outdoor sitting areas are very comfortable. It was our first time in Wellsboro and we really enjoyed the shops and restaurants We would definitely stay again!"
