"i was disappointed there was no in person host nearby checking in to orient and inform and no informational materials inside for visitors or instructions for using the cabin features that were unmarked. The tv was up so high it hurt my neck to watch and there was no comfortable chair inside to sit to read. The environment was so relaxing and peaceful; I hope this feedback can inspire some changes that could improve the stay and avoid having to text back and forth with a text only host."

"This property was very private as described. There is A/C upstairs but no A/C downstairs. There is also no fan in the bathroom.The property was clean with the exception of several spider webs.It was cute and unique but I doubt we'd stay again just because we would prefer full A/C, wifi and television."

"This is an older hotel that is being renovated. Our room was remolded, very clean and comfortable. The area is right next to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Very quiet. There is a little restaurant just the road for dinner and a small coffee shop across the street that serves breakfast sandwiches and has great coffee. I would stay here again."
