"The room was simple and clean. The beds were both comfortable, towels fluffy and new. We would have liked a shampoo/conditioner/body soap dispenser and since there was no closet in the room hooks or a rack would be appreciated. But overall it was fine, quiet and clean. We'd definitely stay there again!"

"The check in process was different as in we had to call to check in. There is no front desk like most hotels. Now that I know that I would stay there again. Room was clean. A peaceful and friendly environment and very close access to the Blue Ridge Parkway."

"We had a wonderful stay at Coffee Grounds in Fancy Gap. Although there isn't a mountain view, it was quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the wind move through the trees and watching the visiting deer. The cabin was very spacious for the three of us, with plenty of room for more guests. It was clean, cozy, had everything we needed. There's a key card hanging by the door that can be used to open the gate. While there's no AC, fans were provided and kept us comfortable. Close to Mabry Mills, Mount Airy, and Pilot Mountain."

"Creek Side cabin was just as charming as our first visit and we will continue to return.The peacefulness - trickling spring/creek, birdsong and the wind in the trees - immediately relaxes us. We love the cosiness inside and the carrot cake that awaits us.Susie is kind and considerate.Each visit, a doe has casually walked down the trail directly in front of the porch in the morning. She stops just beyond the steps - then walks onward. A nice way to start the day. Just an all around lovely place to rest and simply ... be."
