"Hotel was ok, you got what you paid for. Disappointed you had to pay for the pool and the car parking. You pay enough for the holiday itself without having to pay for extras. Also had to pay separate for breakfast, but it did set you up for the day. Staff were very helpful in getting you what you wanted and we're always polite."

"Surprised at check in as we were booked into the annex. This was not made clear when book. Issue was my wife is disabled and was a bit of a walk and no lift. The girl on reception was quite sympathetic and did show us the room and also was going to check on other room availability. However, we were only staying the night so decided to stay in the annex. The outdoor pool was right outside so very handy and we had a really good stay. Breakfast also needs a mention as it was excellent quality and portion size. Very happy to book another stay there in the future."

"Very courteous and helpful staff. Excellent bar and dining areas. Clean and tidy throughout. My room wasn't cleaned on one day but not a major problem and easy to get the tea bags replenished from reception. Although I was aware when I made my booking, it was bit annoying having to leave a £150 tab on my credit card at check in, especially as I was paying for 3 rooms, so £450.00!!! a bit unnerving, but no charge was ultimately taken as fortunately my friends behave themselves. I assume that the hotel has experienced problems with troublesome guests in the past. Would definitely stay again."
