"Our room, 304, was perfectly fine and to the level we were expecting. We were close to the lifts but this didn’t disturb us. If you want to be close to the Pleasure Beach this hotel is ideal. Our booking excluded breakfast and we ate out so I can’t comment on that. My only slight criticism is that the welcome at the front desk could be better. The lady who ‘greeted’ us was rather abrupt and could have been friendlier."

"Great hotel in an amazing setting, especially if you like football. Room was perfect for the length of stay, good air con and decent beds / bathroom / shower. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Easy walk or quick uber to Winter Gardens for the darts. Car parking could be better explained, already paid £16.50 in nearby car park and could've stayed closer for £5 if we knew."
