"We had a lovely stay. Our room was great and the staff, especially the afternoon reception clerk was wonderful. Not only did she acclimate us to the hotel, she helped carry our bags, and she helped plan the things we did while we were in the area. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant which was super. "Exceptional is probably the word I’m looking for (I’m honestly surprised it’s not rated 5x). A beautiful boutique hotel — much prettier and posher than the photos suggest. The pictures don’t do it justice. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are cosy and thoughtfully designed, and the gardens and pool are simply stunning. Breakfast is superb — generous, high-quality, and beautifully presented. Honestly, I’m struggling to find a single fault. "
