"Namu Garden, Hotel and Spa is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Great location in Limon. Close to the ocean, shopping and dinning and any excursion you want to do. The staff at the Namu are incredibly great, Sofia who works at the front desk is a super star. She helped with any questions we had about anything. Super friendly and really cares about making people feel welcome at the hotel. Jessica and Chef Esteban were always suggesting great food to eat at the restaurant. The free breakfast isn’t like any free breakfast I’ve had. It’s gourmet. Made with local ingredients and every morning was delicious. The grounds are lush and beautiful with wildlife running around. Incredible to see. The rooms are out of this world. We stayed in a suite which made he stay even better. Huge room with a pool and a place to lounge all from just outside of your room. All the amazing people who work here make you feel like you’re on the show white lotus. They know your name and room number so if you have any questions they call you by your first name. They make the time to have conversations with you and are outstanding doing what they each do. Namu’s app is a great resource, it works great and is informative about everything the hotel has to offer. It’s in a very walkable, safe area where we walked late at night and felt very secure. "Wow - what a fantastic experience we had!! This hotel is so gorgeous and lovely - each room is a joy. We had an upper floor room with an open air balcony overlooking the ocean, and a ground floor room with a massive bath tub! We ate many meals at the wonderful hotel restaurant. The black sand beach was amazing - the water clear warm and gentle. A great experience!!"

"Our family thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at Casa Ylang!! It is a great space for socializing while meals are being prepared- whether you're hanging out in the hammock, enjoying a cold glass of wine on the porch, playing the board games, or entertaining the chef while meals are being prepped. We LOVED the close proximity of the beautiful beaches, and really enjoyed being "serenaded" by the wildlife during the night through our windows. The windows all have screens, but we would have liked screens on the outer doors too, however, because there are many windows, we didn't feel closed in; it is bright, airy, and we didn't experience any mosquitos inside, despite being there during the Costa Rican rainy season!!! The stores and restaurants are a short drive away, so we enjoyed a combination of eating some delicious Caribbean food at the lovely local restaurants, and also feeling at home with some familiar, festive home-cooking....!!!Thank you Casa Ylang. We will be back!!!!!"

"The property was gorgeous and right by Playa Negra. The Host was great with communicating with us and very helpful. She even gave us options of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as things to do around and options for transportation. I would definitely stay here again!"

"We had a wonderful time at Casa Luna House. The property is beautiful and well maintained. We loved the outdoor spaces and it worked out well for us to have the separate rooms downstairs, it gave my daughter and her partner privacy while I was upstairs with her teenagers. The only issue I had was that the coffee pot was unusable. The wet coffee grounds hadn't been removed from the previous guest and it was covered in mold. A through cleaning was needed. Having the beach just across the road and the constant sound of the waves was wonderful. I also really like the close access to a little store as well as the charming hotel Banana Azuel for occasional meals. I would recommend Casa Luna House to everyone. "

"We felt so lucky to have this beautiful home to return to after a day at the beach or hiking! The outdoor shower is ingenious, pool was refreshing, and the yard is plant paradise. The beds were comfortable, air conditioning in the bedrooms was so wonderful at night. We loved spending time cooking outside and listening to the geckos at night. Great communication with the property management company as well. Would absolutely recommend!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Buddha house! It was beautiful, bright, clean and the back yard was huge and lush with greenery. The house was very well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the shower was great. (Tip: To get hot water in the kitchen, you have to run the bathroom sink at the same time, otherwise there is not enough pressure to get the hot water tank working.) It was a quiet location which was a nice change after having stayed in other towns where dogs were constantly barking and motorcycles were ripping up and down the roads. This Vrbo is a 5-minute drive to a black sand beach and 10-20 minutes to several other beaches, restaurants and shops. We got a pin drop to find the place and ended up having to message the host to get the exact location, but otherwise checking in was smooth. Be prepared to share the house with random insects, but that is the nature of places in Costa Rica, as houses are not completely sealed like they are in North America. We had tiny ants in the kitchen and I brought quite a few centipedes back outside but like I said, that's something to expect in Costa Rica. We were only planning to stay 3 nights, but we enjoyed the house and Puerto Viejo so much that we extended our stay to a full week. It was just as nice to lounge around the house as it was to go out and do things. I would definitely stay at this Vrbo again and just hope it will still be affordable when we go back to Costa Rica! It was a phenomenal deal for all that we got! "

"From the second we were dropped off by our shuttle, we were greeted by Sharon & Eric and given a tour of the property and the keys to our villa. Sharon & Eric are so inviting and go above and beyond making you feel extremely welcomed. The villas are beautiful and very well appointed. The grounds and pool are beautiful and very well maintained and the breakfast crew were amazing and exceeded our expectations daily. We loved our time at Villa Piña. "
