"An absolutely gorgeous property just north of Polignano a Mare, set among beautifully manicured gardens with a stunning pool. From check-in to check-out, the entire staff delivered impeccable service — our whole group felt genuinely well cared for throughout our stay. Breakfast was a highlight each morning, with a generous spread of delicious options to suit every taste. The rooms themselves are beautifully designed, exuding a luxury feel that carries through the entire property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for elegance and warm hospitality on the Puglia coast."

"Beautiful, tastefully designed property with nice garden area. Excellent buffet breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. Very patient housekeeping staff - convenient for late risers. All in all a very pleasant stay. We intend to return to Bari and will likely stay there again."

"The front desk staffer named Rosana was exquisite! She was very accommodating and extremely helpful. She has an absolute gift for hospitality and she made us feel truly welcome. The breakfast buffet was also incredible! It had such a great variety of foods from local providers, that it was hard to decide each morning what to eat! Our only negative was that the AC wasn’t very good. Our room was too warm as well as the gym had no AC."

"Just spent one night here on our way back home out of Bari. Location is on the borderline of being slightly shady but just two blocks up and you are in the main shopping area. Friendly staff, spacious rooms (for Europe!), and a well maintained building. The AC was very efficient unlike other 5 star properties in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised!"

"We came in after the reception was closed. No fault of the staff But it was a bit tricky. Must follow the check in instructions precisely Like being in an escape room. But it was very good. Friendly staff. Great location."
