"I booked the executive room, no air conditioning just a small desktop fan, only one bath towel and hand towel to share between two people, stains on carpets throughout the hotel, no water in the room, tiniest complimentary shower gel and shampoo. "The whole experience at the Retreat is superb. The friendly staff the, the deco and surroundings are lovely and it has a great relaxed feeling. It is luxurious without feeling stuffy. I went with my daughter and we had a great time relaxing around the outside pool."
