"There was no shampoo in the rooms. There was not a desirable breakfast. There were no cups to drink out of in the room. I was very disappointed in this hotel."

"The room had a bad smell and the ac did not work. We had to argue to get moved to another room that also had an odor. Walk out to the street make a left and the food establishments are bad also. After we took a tour we found out this was not the area to be in. The photos of the hotel are misleading. Stay somewhere other than here!"

"Staff is wonderful! Very welcoming, helpful and professional. We missed the happy hour, but listening to other patrons, they enjoyed it. For March weather the a/c worked fine, maybe in July it might be a little hot. Cleanliness can be improved quite a bit, (floors, baseboards, behind the bed, under the small night stands (only know that because I dropped something and it rolled under the bed) Breakfast is great and the French pressed coffee is AMAZING! "

"I was worried this property would be cramped, but it was surprisingly spacious for how small it is! It’s well kept, comfortable and has everything you need. The outside amenities were great as well. The location is good, neighborhood seemed safe and it was an easy walk to the cruise terminal. I would stay here again. "
