"We have used VRBO for many years and different locations throughout the United States. We were very pleased with our stay here. The location was perfect for golf, food, and walks. The only recommendation i would give is to put in a king size bed in the main room, as we had to sleep in separate beds. other than that, it was perfect!!"

"This is a great base for skiing Mammoth Mountain. The location is close to groceries, restaurants, ski shops. It is just a short drive to our favorite parking area. We did not try the shuttle. The condo is a little long in the tooth, but serves the purpose at a reasonable price. The place could use some maintenance on the heat and plumbing. "

"This property was the perfect homebase for our stay in Mammoth Lakes. It's a super accessible first floor apartment with the parking right outside the door. No stairs to climb. The location is very close to restaurants, grocery stores, town shuttles, etc. This apartment was attractive, compact, clean, and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay."

"A great place that was comfortable and very well equipped. Our only complaint was that the deck was stacked with firewood and unusable. No way to enjoy morning coffee or happy hour on the deck. Owners are clearly focused on the ski crowd. Management did a good job soothing over this issue, but cannot recommend for a summer rental."

"The hosts were super generous with their advice, and the functionality of the unit was excellent. Everything was clean and orderly. When we needed a spatula, they brought one over right away. When they cleaned the unit after we'd been there for a week, they not only cleaned but organized all of our chaos. It was like having my mother over for a visit. Couldn't ask for nicer or more helpful hosts. And the beauty of the location is stunning (especially if you like the high desert)."

"this is a newly renovated and centrally located condo with the huge convenience of a garage with 120 and 240v outlets. place was well plowed during a time of record snowfall. only minor issue is wall to the neighboring unit is very thin so you can here everything next door if it's occupied. so bring earplugs. we'd definitely stay here again."

"There is a list of fines for such items as leaving blinds open, not putting items in dishwasher, not setting temperature in EACH room, not taking out trash etc. We felt like we were working for the management company, not enjoying a vacation! And we paid a cleaning fee too! Won’t stay there again. "
