HUGE House Perfect For Groups: 4 Suites, 8 Beds, 5 TV's, New Performance Center!

Spectacular location on the 10th hole at Oxmoor Valley, just 175 yards from the clubhouse. We just added a 1,500 square foot Performance Center with a giant Putting Green, Hitting Bay & Gym! Our home was built specifically for groups. Amenities include: 4 Master Suits, 8 Queen Beds, walk-in showers, 75" TV, Pool Table, 3 Leather Sofas and a fully equipped kitchen. We tried to think of everything a group would want on a golf trip with friends or family, and included it in our houses. The finishes and amenities are all 1st Class, and the floor-plan is a Wide Open Concept. There's plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. We have 3 houses on same street, to accommodate groups from 4 to 30. You can't stay closer to the clubhouse.The pricing for Palmer is based on 8 guests, but we allow up to 12. Each additional guest is $125 plus tax, per night. (Note: the fireplace is inoperable)



Most vacation rental homes were built with one master and small kids rooms. Not ours! We asked ourselves, "If I were to design a house specifically for groups of adults, what would I include in that home?" Then, we built it! We have 5 Oster Golf Houses; 3 in Birmingham, AL at Oxmoor Valley Golf Club and 2 in Prattville, AL at Capitol Hill Golf Club. We have hundreds of 5 star reviews and ONE four star! That still bugs me :)

Our entire house is rented as one unit. It is 3,400 square feet, and each square foot was designed for adults to be comfortable. However, kids are more than welcomed too!

I have a caretaker that is available to address anything that does not meet your expectations.

The homes is very private and surrounded by trees, but it is convenient to shops, restaurants and the best of Birmingham.
