This well appointed, luxury unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of seating, a large television in each room, and top rated mattresses. You’re going to have a great stay in our beautiful place!

This beautiful two bedroom, two bathroom unit has all the amenities you need to feel right at home! We have a large dining room with seating for 8, ample living room with a sleeper sofa, leather club chairs, a large tv and fireplace. You will find everything you need in the well equipped kitchen. Whip up a meal to enjoy at the house or visit one of the many award winning restaurants right around the corner!

Guests have full, private access to the space.

Welcome to Woodland Village! We are so glad to host you! Please be respectful of our property during your stay. No parties or events are allowed on premises.

There is ample parking in the parking lot in front of the building.

When the thermostat is on heat please do not exceed 68 and while thermostat is on cool please do not go lower than 72 degrees. Please give adequate time to cool or heat when you change the thermostat.

Towels are in each bathroom underneath the sink, extras are in the linen closet.

When you check out please strip your sheets and place all used towels in the laundry area. Remove any items you brought from the fridge. Put any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on. Please take out the trash to the dumpster and be sure to lock up behind yourself.

We will charge you the full fine so if you plan to party, you should find somewhere else to stay.
If you break or damage furniture you will be charged for replacing it plus a $250 refurnishing fee
