"Bed clean and comfortable. Bath towels good - no hand towels - bathroom space Very tight. Didn’t have breakfast in hotel. Bar staff very nice and friendly. It’s a hotel for budget conscious people or tourists who are out most of the day."

"Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall! "
