"The room was pleasant and clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast room was clean and well-kept. The attendant was constantly checking the food and supplies and willing to help anyone with their specific needs. It is located downtown Bay City and is surrounded by the main roads but it was well sound conditioned so once you walked in you couldn't hear the traffic whizzing by constantly. It was also walkable to many restaurants which was great since we didn't want to have to get into the car again to drive to a restaurant. They also have a wonderful indoor pool."

"Enjoyed my stay. Was quiet, room wa.s clean & comfortable, great beds & pillows, plugs for electronics & a micro & fridge in the room. Bathroom was clean with a nice size counter around the sink. My only complsi t was that the toilet was too low. Breakfast was good & staff was very helpful."

"My room at the Comfort Inn Birch Run - Frankenmuth was very, very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed and the staff were friendly and helpful."

"Breakfast was very basic, but enough to get your day going. The room was very spacious. The other guest were loud and revving engines until late and then again early morning. Make sure you put your key in a separate pocket from everything else because you won't be able to get into your room. The ice machines don't work. They actually have a pool and nowhere did it mention a pool in the ad for this hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to everything. I personally believe they have people living on the premises full time."
