Right off the hop they called to see if we were happy with the room and if we needed anything and again on checkout, incredibly pleasant. "We are returning visitors for many years now. Always friendly and helpful staff and wonderful accommodations. The only suggestion I would have is to have coffee, tea and water available in the lobby for convenience. Will definitely be back again!"

"Good"

"Just a delightful surprise. We’ve been to Newport many times as our daughter lives there, but did not know about the Admiral Sims. The property is so close to everything, including Easton Beach, but is nestled in a neighborhood on a lovely property. The new wraparound porch is beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a fireplace and kitchenette. Everything about this property is really pleasant. The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back again."

"Loved this location!!"
