These cosily furnished holiday apartments are located on the first floor of a family house and share the staircase. The large garden, children's play equipment and barbecue are available to guests for shared use. The holiday apartments are located near the town of Biograd na Moru, which lies between the towns of Zadar and Ibenik. The town itself has several sandy and pebble beaches, making it a wonderful holiday destination, especially for families with children. We recommend a visit to the nearby Mirnovec Fun Park, and nature lovers can visit the Vransko Lake Nature Park and the Krka and Kornati National Parks.

Die Ferienwohnung war insgesamt gut gepflegt, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bot uns einen ruhigen Aufenthalt. Einige kleinere Ergänzungen bzw. Optimierungen könnten sowohl den Komfort der Gäste als auch die Funktionalität der Wohnung weiter steigern um das Gästeerlebnis noch weiter zu verbessern.Für Mieter können diese Dinge zur Steigerung des Komforts bei Selbstversorgung mitgebracht werden:Handtücher: 2 kleine und 2 Badetücher waren vorhanden, aber für den Strandbesuch sollten eigene Strandtücher mitgebracht werden. Bad: Es wäre es ratsam, einen Duftspender mitzubringen, da das Wasser gelegentlich hochgedrückt wurde. Waschmittel: Wer vorhat, Wäsche zu waschen, sollte daher eigenes Waschmittel einpacken. Grundausstattung für die Küche: Es sind einige Utensilien (Besteck für 4 P., einige Töpfe und Pfannen) vorhanden. Allerdings fehlen hilfreiche Basics wie Küchenschere, Pfannenwender, Fliegenklatsche, Gewürze, Küchenrolle, Toilettenpapier, und Frischhaltefolie. Anregungen für Vermieter: Badezimmer: Ein Vorhang am Fenster würde mehr Privatsphäre schaffen. Auch Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher wären eine praktische Ergänzung. Küche: Ein Abtropfgestell für das Geschirr und Besteck könnte die Küchenausstattung weiter vervollständigen und die Organisation erleichtern.

Leider von der Ausstattung sehr mangelhaft-kein Toaster, Fernseher vorhanden, aber ohne Funktion, keine Möglichkeiten zur Aufhängung von Jacken und ähnlichen. Der unangenehme Geruch in den ganzen Räumen bis hin zu den Schränken, aber besonders im Bad. Die Dusche war verkalkt und war nicht sehr einladend. In Küche waren Stühle soweit abgenutzt, das Leder sich beim Besitzen ablöst.
